Who am I?
Hello, my name is Coffea Arabica. Many people love the seeds in my fruits, coffee beans. If you take good care of me, coffee beans can grow.
Where do I come from?
I am originally from Ethiopia, and from there I first moved to the Arab countries and then spread to the rest of the world.
How big will I get?
In my natural habitat I can grow up to 5 meters tall. If you plant me in a medium-sized pot, I will grow to about 30 cm high.
How much do I want to drink?
I grow well in slightly moist soil, so make sure my soil never dries out. I also like it when you give me a nice spray, especially in autumn and winter. The spraying keeps my leaves shiny and prevents dust from accumulating on my leaves. This ensures that I can absorb sunlight well, so I develop faster.
Where do I want to stand and what temperatures do I like?
I love a lot of sunlight; However, I don't like direct sunlight at first. Keep me 2 to 3 meters away from the window at first. The older I get, the closer you can put me to the window. Be careful in the summer when I stand close to the window, as it can quickly get too hot. In winter, on the other hand, I like to get a warm spot by the window!
