As a customer in the Top Leisure Products webshop, you have the right to return your order without giving a reason. The rule of the game is:

  • We have paid the costs of shipping at OUR expense, the costs of return are at YOUR expense.
  • The products must of course be in the same condition as you received them from us. (so that we can sell the products to another customer) If possible, in the original packaging and to be reported to us within 14 days via a return withdrawal form and in our possession at the latest after 14 days. (according to the updated European rule of June 13, 2014)
  • We would really like to hear from you about the reason why you want to return the products. We can benefit from this for our and their benefit to new customers, and perhaps we can advise you on a different product that better meets your needs.

The entrepreneur will reimburse all payments made by the consumer, including any delivery costs charged by the entrepreneur for the returned product, without delay but within 14 days following the day on which the consumer notifies him of the withdrawal. Unless the entrepreneur offers to collect the product himself, he may wait with reimbursement until he has received the product or until the consumer demonstrates that he has returned the product, whichever is the earlier. The entrepreneur uses the same payment method that the consumer used for reimbursement, unless the consumer agrees to a different method. The refund is free of charge for the consumer.

Despite the great care we take with your order, it may happen that an item becomes defective or that you receive the wrong product through no fault of your own. In these cases you must contact Top Leisure Products within 14 days. You can of course consult us by telephone and hear what solutions are available. This can also be done via the online ticket system on our website or by writing a letter or email to:
